These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DabarQ platform and services ("Service"). By subscribing to DabarQ, creating an account, or making a payment, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
DabarQ ("we", "us", "our") is instant quoting software built for service-based businesses, including cleaning, lawn care, junk removal, pressure washing, pest control, pool cleaning, and other field service industries. Our platform sends professional, personalised quotes to leads automatically — within 60 seconds of form submission.
Our website is dabarq.com. The Service is delivered entirely online and accessed via the web.

DabarQ is offered as a monthly subscription at $197 USD per month, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of signup. The price covers full access to the Service for one business account.
Your subscription is billed monthly in advance. The first payment is due before your account is activated. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same day each month using your nominated payment method.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit card). All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). Currency conversion fees, bank fees, and any payment processing charges levied by your bank are the Customer's responsibility.
If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days. If payment remains unresolved after 7 days, your access to the Service may be suspended. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be terminated and any stored configurations archived.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel at any time before a price change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
Most Customers go live within 72 hours of signup, depending on how quickly the required information is provided. Onboarding includes a guided walkthrough, pricing configuration, and platform setup.
Go-live timelines depend on the Customer providing brand assets, pricing details, service information, and any required platform access in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Customer may extend the go-live timeline. DabarQ is not liable for go-live delays caused by Customer-side delays.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that period ends.
Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months when you cancel. The exception is if we materially fail to deliver the Service as described and are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time — in which case we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
After cancellation, your account configurations and data may be archived for up to 30 days, after which they may be permanently deleted. If you reactivate within that window, your settings can usually be restored.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) where applicable. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy as required by law.
DabarQ retains all ownership rights to the platform — including the software, source code, underlying frameworks, automation logic, templates, branding, and all related intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active.

You grant DabarQ a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised, aggregated data from the Service for product improvement, analytics, and marketing. We will never share identifying Customer data publicly without explicit written permission.
DabarQ integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and other CRM and email providers. We are not affiliated with, owned by, or responsible for these platforms.
If a third-party service changes its API, pricing, terms, or availability in a way that affects your use of DabarQ, we are not liable for any resulting disruption. We will, where possible, advise on alternatives and work to maintain compatibility.
We aim to keep DabarQ available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.
We are not liable for any losses, missed leads, or business impact resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.
DabarQ treats all Customer information — including business data, pricing, customer lists, and account credentials — as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or as needed to deliver the Service (e.g. through integrated third-party platforms you've authorised).
Likewise, you agree to keep DabarQ's proprietary platform features, internal documentation, and pricing structures confidential.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DabarQ's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount paid by you to DabarQ in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Active subscribers receive priority support via email at [email protected]. Support covers configuration help, troubleshooting, pricing updates, and platform questions. Standard response time is within 1 business day.
Support does not cover custom development, third-party platform issues outside DabarQ's control, or training on unrelated software.
You may cancel your subscription at any time as outlined in Section 07.
DabarQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if the Customer:
Upon termination, access to the Service is revoked and any outstanding payments remain due.
DabarQ collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We handle Customer data — and any end-user data flowing through the Service — with care and only for the purposes of delivering and improving the Service.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring their use of DabarQ complies with their own obligations under applicable data protection laws (including the Australian Privacy Act 1988, GDPR, and other jurisdiction-specific regulations where relevant).
DabarQ may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at dabarq.com/terms-and-conditions. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. For Customers based in Australia, nothing in these Terms limits the application of the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation before any legal action is pursued.
