These terms cover your DabarQ instant quoting system — how we build it, what we need from you, payments, and cancellation. Please read them before you order.

By purchasing, paying for, or using the DabarQ instant quoting system (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and DabarQ. Please read them before you pay — completing payment is your acceptance.
DabarQ provides a done-for-you instant quoting system, built and branded for your business. This typically includes a branded quote form, your custom pricing logic, automated quote delivery, lead capture into your CRM, automated follow-up, and ongoing support while your subscription is active. The exact scope is the scope described on the order page at the time of purchase.
DabarQ is a custom build, so we can only build it once you supply the materials we need. Before your build can begin, you must provide, in complete and final form:
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you provide. If your pricing or details are incomplete, unclear, or change after you submit them, this may pause or extend your build, and rework caused by changes on your side is not covered by the setup fee.
Your 7-day build window starts only after you have provided everything listed in Section 3 in complete, final form — not from the date of payment. The clock does not start, and does not run, while we are waiting on materials, approvals or responses from you.
We aim to deliver your system live within 7 business days of receiving everything we need from you. Any delay caused by outstanding materials, slow responses, changes to your requirements, or third-party services outside our control extends the timeline by an equivalent amount. Time spent waiting on you does not count toward the 7 days, and DabarQ is not in breach, and owes no refund or credit, where a delay is caused by the Client or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The Service is charged as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription, at the amounts shown on the order page at the time of purchase. The monthly subscription keeps your system live, hosted, maintained and supported.
Once a payment has been processed, the amount charged is final. You authorise DabarQ (via our payment processor) to charge the setup fee at purchase and the monthly subscription on each renewal date until you cancel in line with Section 8. It is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file.
All sales are final and no refunds will be processed. The setup fee is non-refundable because work, resourcing and processing costs begin immediately on purchase, and the system is a custom, made-to-order digital service built specifically for you. Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for periods already started.
This applies to change of mind, to deciding you no longer want the Service, and to any reason unrelated to a failure by DabarQ to deliver what was purchased. You acknowledge you have reviewed the scope and pricing before paying, and that the purchased and processed amount is final.
If you decide to cancel or withdraw from your build after purchase:
In other words, withdrawing after purchase does not entitle you to money back, and where work has already been carried out, you remain responsible for the cost of that work.
Your instant quoting system operates on an active monthly subscription. To cancel, you must give us at least 14 days’ written notice (an email to [email protected] is fine). Your cancellation takes effect once the 14-day notice period ends. Any monthly payment that has already been charged, or that falls due during the notice period, remains payable and is non-refundable (see Section 6). Cancellation is not retroactive.
When your subscription ends or a payment fails, access to all instant quoting assets is removed and deactivated — including the quote form, pricing logic, automations, follow-up sequences, hosting and any connected components. You may resume use of the system only by restarting your monthly payments; access is restored once payment is current.
DabarQ is not obligated to store, maintain, or reinstate assets for a cancelled or unpaid account beyond what is reasonably required to allow reactivation, and is not liable for any loss of quoting capability, leads or business during any period in which your subscription is inactive.
The instant quoting system, including its underlying templates, logic, automations, code and configuration, is provided to you as a licensed service for the duration of your active subscription. It is not an outright sale or transfer of that underlying system to you.
Your own content — your brand assets, your pricing figures and your business information — remains yours. The DabarQ system, framework and any reusable components remain the property of DabarQ. Your licence to use them ends when your subscription ends.
Because the Service is delivered promptly and the setup fee is non-refundable, raising a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us is a breach of these terms. If you have a concern, contact us first and we’ll work with you. Initiating a chargeback for a service that has been delivered, or for a non-refundable amount, does not remove your obligation to pay, and we reserve the right to recover amounts owed and any associated costs, and to suspend or terminate access.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such a right applies, these terms apply to the fullest extent the law allows alongside it. The no-refund and cancellation terms above are intended to apply to change of mind and to reasons other than a failure by DabarQ to meet its legal obligations.
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DabarQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost leads or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to DabarQ in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms for your ongoing subscription.
You purchase and use the Service for business purposes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and you agree that the courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer or legal protection that applies to you in your own location and that cannot lawfully be excluded (see Section 11).
